Yesterday (Saturday,
May 21, 2005) at McDaniel’s Launch at Moraine State Park a day of fishing went all wrong for this poor fellow. The gentleman was backing his boat in and was preparing to pull out since the boat was now off the trailer. Then it all went wrong for this guy when he lost his balance and fell out of the vehicle leaving him trapped between the dock and the door of his vehicle till the vehicle was able to float and freeing his leg. No serious injuries - just his pride and embarrassment of sinking his vehicle and trailer in front of everyone. Thanks to another person standing by he immediately dialed 911.
