Unguided: A
self-guided hunt has a lower success rate; however it can be more
satisfying if successful, and it's not as expensive. It also involves a
lot more preparation. Things like, purchasing topographical maps,
finding a camping location, and meat preparation.
Guided: Unlike the unguided
hunt, the camp, maps, hunting location, and meat preparation are all
taken care of. Again, the price is higher, but so is the success rate.
Note: If you decide to take
a guided hunt, remember your guide is probably more knowledgeable about
the game you are hunting than you are. So follow his advice and
instructions. (If hunting in Canada you must have a
guide.)
