This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production
Management, or a related field of study or equivalent. Formal training in Lean manufacturing techniques and methods, with a minimum of five years of practical, results-oriented experience in lean manufacturing development and implementation, including developing and providing employee training is required. Experience with the administration of an ISO 9001:2000 quality system is also required. Formal Six Sigma training and experience a plus. Prior experience in a metal-cutting environment preferred.
